You'll lead and evolve a global trade compliance program, ensuring adherence to US and international regulations including EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and customs requirements. You will oversee import/export activities, and act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating complex regulations into practical solutions. This high-visibility role combines regulatory expertise with team leadership across a multinational environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the global trade compliance program and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Oversee import/export activities including classification, licensing, and documentation.
• Manage duty recovery and customs optimization initiatives.
• Advise senior leadership on trade compliance risks and regulatory developments.
• Lead audits, investigations, and compliance assessments.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in global trade compliance with leadership responsibility.
• Deep expertise in U.S. export controls (EAR, ITAR) and OFAC sanctions.
• Experience with global trade management systems and restricted-party screening tools.
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or Certified Export Compliance Professional (CECP) preferred.
