🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product features end-to-end across the stack
• Build AI agents for research and analysis
• Develop real-time video interview capabilities
• Create customer preference models and synthetic personas

📋 Requirements

• End-to-end problem-solving across LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend, and UX
• High bar for quality in a fast-moving startup environment
• Opinionated about user experience and product instincts
• Highly technical with deep coding experience since youth

• Background in computer vision or speech analysis
