💼 About This Role

You'll collaborate with creation directors and event designers to develop innovative visual solutions for Cirque du Soleil projects. You'll oversee and enrich visual aspects across multiple projects, guiding the art direction team from concept to delivery. This role offers a chance to shape the artistic vision of a world-renowned entertainment brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop innovative art direction and creative presentations for events and shows.
• Manage and support the art direction team on all creative projects.
• Ensure projects adhere to style guides and creative guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on creative assets.

📋 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in live entertainment (circus, theatre, live music).
• Proven ability to manage and inspire artistic teams across multiple formats.
• Project management skills with experience handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Bilingual in French and English.
