• Analyze operating procedures and production data to identify bottlenecks.

• Develop process maps, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Mentor employees on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or 2+ years in lean methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience in process or business analysis.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
