You will play a key role in equipping frontline agents, support staff, and leaders with transformative training programs. You will collaborate with vendor training managers and a network of trainers to drive continuous improvement in training quality and learner satisfaction, contributing to a global certification program.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of facilitation experience, especially with adult learners in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to measure, analyze, and report on training effectiveness using data.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for training sessions and workshops.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with a global team across time zones and cultures.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and modern training methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions in person and online, adapting to different learning styles.
• Provide feedback on training materials and programs to improve quality and effectiveness.
• Track and analyze training metrics to evaluate program outcomes and make data-driven recommendations.
• Support internal employees with onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
• Conduct regular training audits and feedback sessions with vendors to improve consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a trainer certification program aligned with organizational goals.
