You'll build a semantic layer that makes metrics trustworthy and dashboards that empower stakeholders. You'll sit at the intersection of data engineering and business intelligence, shaping how the company thinks with data. This hybrid role requires in-office presence once every two weeks in Chicago.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build clear, accurate Tableau visualizations and data sources
• Design and maintain the semantic layer as single source of truth
• Act as primary analytics contact for a line of business
• Deliver data and insights through dashboards and self-service tools

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in analytics engineering or related fields
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or similar visualization tools
• Comfortable writing intermediate to advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, joins)
• Experience with DBT, Fivetran, Python, or similar data transformation tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DBT building and maintaining SQL-based pipelines
• Exposure to Snowflake Cortex for AI/ML functions
