You'll manage supplier quality programs and maintain ingredient and finished product specifications in a CPG environment. Your work ensures compliance with food safety regulations and certifications like Organic and Non-GMO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer ingredient supplier approval and monitoring program
• Create and maintain ingredient and finished product specifications
• Manage third-party certification programs (Organic, Non-GMO, Kosher)
• Support internal and external audits with documentation

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years in food QA or regulatory in food manufacturing/CPG
• Working knowledge of FDA FSMA and CFR requirements
• Experience with supplier documentation and third-party certification bodies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's in Food Science or related field
• PCQI certification
• Experience with Food Chain ID, SafetyChain, or similar QMS
