💼 About This Role

You'll join Hims & Hers as a Staff Analyst, Operations, driving data-informed decisions and operational improvements. You'll own complex analytical projects from end to end, translating data into actionable insights. This role sits between execution and strategy, allowing you to influence broader business decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex analytical projects
• Analyze operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Design and evaluate experiments to inform decisions
• Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, etc.)
• Advanced SQL proficiency; experience with Python or R
• Strong foundation in analytical methods (experimentation, statistical analysis, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fulfillment, supply chain, or healthcare operations
• Familiarity with modern data tools (Google BigQuery, dbt, Looker)
• Exposure to AI-assisted analytics tools or agent-based workflows
