💼 About This Role

You'll provide outpatient psychiatric care in a hybrid work model with flexible scheduling. You'll focus on patient care while a dedicated team handles administrative tasks. You'll have access to multidisciplinary collaboration and regular Grand Rounds for lifelong learning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to patients
• Set own scheduled hours and appointment lengths
• Collaborate with therapists, neuropsychologists, and NP colleagues
• Supervise newly graduated PMHNPs (optional)

📋 Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
• Valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain prior to start)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience integrating psychotherapy into practice
• Interest in training in TMS or other innovative therapies
• Previous experience supervising nurse practitioners
