You'll lead characterization testing for a legacy-to-cloud migration program, ensuring functional parity between C++ and Java 21 platforms. You'll design Golden Master tests to validate business logic and maintain high performance. This role is critical to a network traffic redirection modernization initiative.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and manage Unit & Characterization tests for business logic validation.
• Implement test automation and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
• Enforce quality gates with 100% golden master match and <10% performance regression.
• Conduct performance profiling to meet throughput and latency NFRs.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive IT testing experience.
• Automated testing for both Java and C++ codebases.
• Golden Master Testing and characterization test creation.
• CI/CD integration experience with tools like Jenkins.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI-led SDLC tooling like Claude Code.
• Experience with cloud-native testing and Kubernetes health probes.
• Background in testing distributed data consistency and message bus protocols.
