You'll be the first point of contact for passengers at the airport, ensuring an agile and excellent experience. You'll handle inquiries, manage incidents, and facilitate ticket sales. This role is key to making each journey smooth and satisfactory.

• Greet and assist passengers with a cordial and professional demeanor.
• Advise on routes, schedules, fares, promotions, and discounts.
• Process payments and issue tickets quickly and securely.
• Resolve queries, complaints, and complex situations to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and counter supplies.

📋 Requirements

• Completed secondary education.
• At least 1 year of in-person customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and reservation systems.
