🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for compliance monitoring
• Analyze data from expense reports, HCP interactions, and samples activity
• Develop and execute annual compliance audit and monitoring plans
• Support intake, triage, and documentation of compliance concerns

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, compliance, healthcare, or related field
• 5+ years of compliance or auditing experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance laws (Anti-Kickback, False Claims Act, HIPAA)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Concur, Veeva, expense reporting)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in U.S. and ex-U.S. regulatory environments
• Background in data analytics or forensics for compliance monitoring
• Prior experience leading investigations in a corporate setting
