💼 About This Role

You'll lead capital markets and M&A execution for a fast-growing CPG portfolio of brands like Lume and Mando. Reporting to the CFO, you'll drive IPO preparation and external investor storytelling, shaping the financial strategy for a future public company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead debt and equity financing activities, including IPO preparation
• Drive M&A execution support alongside CFO and CGO
• Own external investor and board materials
• Manage capital structure optimization and FX strategy

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of investment banking, private equity, or corporate development experience
• Deep expertise in M&A execution and financial modeling
• Hands-on experience with IPO preparation and S-1 drafting
• Proven ability to own investor-facing materials and communicate with senior leadership
