You'll design and scale automated manufacturing systems for Raptor engine combustion chambers and nozzles at SpaceX. Your work will directly enable high-volume production of critical rocket hardware for Starship. This role uniquely combines propulsion engineering with robotics, controls, and data systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deploy automated manufacturing systems for Raptor chambers and nozzles.
• Implement process control and in-situ monitoring for specialized manufacturing processes.
• Build data pipelines for telemetry and statistical process control.
• Design fixture and material handling solutions maintaining tight tolerances.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 1+ years of experience automating manufacturing processes for metallic components.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency due to ITAR regulations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with robotic systems and industrial automation (PLC, LabVIEW, Fanuc, Kuka).
• Rocket engine chamber or nozzle manufacturing experience.
• Experience with machine vision or real-time process control.
