💼 About This Role

You'll be the expert of our customers, solving their inquiries and capturing insights to improve our product. You'll collaborate with various departments and work in a fast-paced team. This role is rostered on weekends and public holidays as part of our continuous operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via Email, Whatsapp, Slack, Live Chat and ticketing platforms.
  • Analyze customer transaction status with operational tools like Splunk, Redash, Postman.
  • Raise awareness of existing issues and identify detailed inquiry types for product improvement.
  • Drive operational excellence projects and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer/Merchant Operations or similar B2B roles.
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Management, Finance, or related fields.
  • Willing to be rostered for weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills in English across teams.

  • Experience with ticket management platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Zoho.
  • Background in banks or financial institutions.
