You'll be the expert of our customers, solving their inquiries and capturing insights to improve our product. You'll collaborate with various departments and work in a fast-paced team. This role is rostered on weekends and public holidays as part of our continuous operations.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via Email, Whatsapp, Slack, Live Chat and ticketing platforms.
- Analyze customer transaction status with operational tools like Splunk, Redash, Postman.
- Raise awareness of existing issues and identify detailed inquiry types for product improvement.
- Drive operational excellence projects and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
📋 Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer/Merchant Operations or similar B2B roles.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Management, Finance, or related fields.
- Willing to be rostered for weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills in English across teams.

- Experience with ticket management platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Zoho.
- Background in banks or financial institutions.
