💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development of robust and scalable software for a digital banking platform used by community banks and credit unions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features that enhance online banking experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementation of new features and enhancements on existing products.
• Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using Angular or React.
• Architect and build scalable, secure APIs to support new features.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in enterprise-level software development with C# and .NET Core.
• 4+ years of front-end development with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 4+ years of SQL experience including query optimization and performance tuning.
• Strong knowledge of cloud hosting platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native practices.

• Experience with transaction processing systems in FinTech domain.
• Experience with user access and permission management.
• Familiarity with banking domain and operations.
