Description

As a Technical Recruiter at Anduril, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle for software roles on the Air Ground Deterrence team, from sourcing and screening to closing hires. You'll partner closely with business leaders to influence talent strategy and build a world-class team supporting cutting-edge defense technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years sourcing for technical roles engaging top-tier software talent
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and driving strategic recruiting
• Strong understanding of software engineering skills and experience required
• Working knowledge of recruiting tools like Greenhouse and Gem
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a 'whatever it takes' attitude

Responsibilities

• Source and track high-volume candidates while maintaining stakeholder communication
• Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy and execute hiring deliverables
• Pitch the team and opportunity to close exceptional technical talent
• Track and analyze pipeline data to identify areas for improvement
• Build recruiting strategies for long-range growth, including referrals and process improvements
