💼 About This Role

You'll join the Logística team at Stone, a fintech focused on payment solutions. Your core impact is reducing terminal loss and improving logistics efficiency by actively contacting inactive clients to recover machines. You'll work in a dynamic environment with opportunities to contribute to a key company goal.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct active outbound calls to clients for terminal recovery
• Open service orders for machine collection by field team
• Cancel client registrations as needed

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed higher education (preferably in administration, engineering, logistics)
• Experience with active customer service
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Focus on meeting targets and adaptability
