Description

You will lead medical information activities for the European region, ensuring timely, accurate, and evidence-based responses to healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers. You will oversee content creation, manage the call center team, and collaborate cross-functionally to support pipeline assets and companion diagnostics.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in scientific or medical discipline; doctoral degree preferred (PharmD, MD, PhD).
• 11+ years relevant experience (PhD) or 13+ years (MSc).
• Experience in oncology therapeutic area.
• Proven experience in medical information in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience creating and managing scientific content for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain medical information resources (SRLs, CRLs, FAQs, guidance documents).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights for content creation.
• Ensure medical information content is evidence-based and aligned with latest data.
• Manage unsolicited inquiries from HCPs, patients, and caregivers for accurate and timely responses.
• Serve as Medical Reviewer in MLR process ensuring compliance and evidence-based communication.
• Lead development and maintenance of dossiers for market access and payer engagement.
• Monitor inquiry trends for operational improvements and inform medical strategy.
• Provide medical information support for congresses and companion diagnostics.
• Train and support medical information call center vendor.
• Prepare and present performance metrics reports to senior management.
