You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services leaders to understand business goals and hiring needs, then own full-cycle recruiting for roles including Account Executives, Marketing Professionals, and Customer Success experts. Your mission is to build smart search strategies, counsel hiring managers, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience that results in the right person in the right role.

Requirements

  • Experience managing full requisition lifecycle in an ATS like Greenhouse
  • Proven ability to source and recruit for sales, marketing, or professional services roles
  • Strong candidate screening and structured interviewing skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in recruiting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services leaders to understand business goals and create hiring profiles
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for quota-carrying sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services roles
  • Act as a talent advisor sharing market insights on candidate supply, compensation, and competitive activity
  • Build diverse pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, talent mapping, and strategic use of platforms
  • Design and run structured interview processes ensuring great candidate experience and high hiring bar
