You will drive the development of new AI-native capabilities within Bloomreach Clarity, collaborating with engineers, designers, and product leaders to rapidly prototype features powered by Generative AI and LLMs. You'll engage deeply with customers to understand their needs and translate them into innovative product solutions, while staying on top of AI advancements and market trends.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience in high-growth environments
• Proven success in delivering innovative products
• Strong communication skills to explain complex AI decisions
• Deep empathy for users and data-informed experimental approach
• Grit, creativity, and constant drive to learn in fast-evolving fields like GenAI

Responsibilities

• Drive development of AI-native capabilities from ideation to launch
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product leaders to rapidly prototype LLM-powered features
• Engage with customers to understand evolving needs and translate into product solutions
• Partner with Customer Success and Data teams for successful rollout of AI features
• Monitor and report on AI product usage and business impact using a data-first approach
