💼 About This Role

You'll own complex AI/ML initiatives end-to-end, building and operating AI systems that power digital forensics capabilities including model training, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows. You'll collaborate with Product and UX to ship AI-powered systems that surface critical leads for investigators.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own complex AI/ML initiatives from ideation to deployment
• Design and prototype agentic workflows with model reasoning and tool use
• Train, fine-tune, or adapt models for specific problems
• Work with complex real-world datasets to enhance model quality
• Contribute to reusable ML infrastructure for experimentation and evaluation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional ML/AI experience with production delivery
• Depth in at least one: model training, agentic design, or retrieval/evaluation architecture
• Experience evaluating ML/AI systems with representative distributions
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding models
• Background in NLP or computer vision
• Experience with MLOps tooling (experiment tracking, CI/CD)
