You'll troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues to minimize downtime. This role offers hands-on experience with predictive maintenance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Ensure facility cleanliness and safety, adhering to 5S principles
• Fabricate custom equipment using materials and tools

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance or facilities experience
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery without supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project Management
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights using lifts

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience with Maintenance Connection software
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques
