💼 About This Role
You'll drive new payroll revenue by selling Restaurant365’s Payroll and Workforce Management solutions to enterprise restaurant accounts. You'll partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to identify and close payroll opportunities, helping restaurants consolidate payroll onto a purpose-built platform that connects labor directly to their P&L. This role targets multi-unit restaurant operators and franchise organizations.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own net-new payroll sales into strategic restaurant accounts
- Prospect and develop a pipeline of qualified payroll opportunities
- Lead discovery conversations with HR, Payroll, Finance leaders
- Execute a consultative sales process from first contact to close
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales with consistent quota attainment
- Direct experience selling payroll or HCM solutions (e.g., ADP, Paylocity)
- Working knowledge of payroll fundamentals (tax filing, garnishments, tip credit)
- Experience selling into restaurant or hospitality organizations

- SaaS or HCM/payroll software sales experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM
- Ability to build trust with C-suite stakeholders
