You'll serve as primary legal advisor to product and engineering teams building blockchain-based payment solutions. You'll design compliance policies and governance frameworks for U.S. financial regulations. Collaborate cross-functionally to embed controls into product design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise product and engineering teams on blockchain payments legal risks
• Provide guidance on US financial services laws and money transmission
• Design and implement internal compliance policies and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and security teams on product controls

📋 Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission
• 7+ years of legal experience in fintech, payments, banking, or blockchain
• Expertise in US money transmission and payments compliance
• Experience advising on product legal matters in fintech or cryptocurrency
