You'll drive GenAI adoption across Ivalua by co-developing IVA Agents with internal teams. Your work will directly shape how the company operates, enabling automation and efficiency at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide employees in configuring, deploying, and fine-tuning IVA Agents.
• Champion best practices for robust agent deployments.
• Maintain agent libraries to avoid duplication and promote standardization.
• Act as proxy for agent users, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teams to identify pain points and drive continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to engage with business users and co-create solutions.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI agent tools, prompt engineering, and deployment.
• Deep curiosity about Generative AI Agents and automation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
