You'll support our private lending team by managing loan documentation and insurance records. You'll ensure loan files are complete and accurate while collaborating with escrow and title companies. This role offers mentorship and the chance to transition into a full-time position after graduation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit collateral loan documentation for quality control
• Follow up on missing documentation with escrow/title companies
• Upload loan documents to loan origination software
• Track and resolve property insurance issues

📋 Requirements

• Junior or Senior graduating within 12 months
• Interest in real estate, investing, and lending
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
