💼 About This Role

You'll be at the heart of our mail operations, processing incoming mail for over 10,000+ companies. Your work ensures customers' physical mail is handled accurately and efficiently, directly impacting their business operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive, sort, and upload incoming mail into Stable's software system
• Fulfill customer requests including scanning, shipping, shredding, and returning mail
• Operate mail processing equipment such as scanners and label printers
• Track inventory levels of processing supplies and report issues

📋 Requirements

• Availability for weekday evenings (2pm-10pm) and daytime weekends
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ year experience in mailroom, warehouse, or processing center
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 30 lbs
