You will lead the day-to-day operations of a luxury whole-body MRI clinic, empowering a cross-functional team to deliver exceptional patient care. Reporting to the Regional Operations Executive, you'll optimize workflows, ensure safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvement. This role is key to transforming healthcare from reactive sick-care to proactive health-care.

Requirements

• 7+ years in healthcare with 5+ years in management
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Health Care field
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems and regulatory compliance
• Proven people-management skills in fast-paced environment
• Managerial courage and owner mindset
