💼 About This Role

You'll join AI Engines – the team building the backend brain of AI Agents in Text App. You'll design highly scalable systems handling millions of conversations daily. You'll push the boundaries of what our agents can actually do.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain core backend architecture (Vector DB, AI Engines, etc.)
• Design Agentic reasoning layer using Skills and tool calling
• Migrate legacy implementations to modern AI ecosystem
• Collaborate with AI researchers to push features to production

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend development experience
• Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience with real-time communication (WebSockets, async messaging)
• Proven commercial experience building AI-driven features in production

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Go (Golang)
• Experience building Data Pipelines or ETL processes
• Previous work on SaaS products or workflow automation
