You'll serve as a trusted finance thought partner for a virtual women's healthcare platform, supporting strategic decisions through modeling and analysis. You'll drive sustainable growth by translating complex financials into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and surface insights
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis
• Partner with operational leaders to guide decision-making through scenario analysis

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• 4+ years of progressive financial analysis or FP&A experience
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capability
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA, CPA, or CFA certification
• Experience in healthcare industry with clinical operations
• Prior experience in a startup or PE/VC-backed company
