💼 About This Role

You'll bridge business needs and technical delivery in a global software engineering company. You'll support requirement gathering, process analysis, and PMO activities across innovation projects. Business analysis and PMO support are your core responsibilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status trackers
• Support testing activities including SIT and UAT
• Prepare status updates and reports for project governance

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, PMO, or related roles
• Basic understanding of SDLC and/or Agile delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint)

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to finance or banking systems
• Data or emerging technology project experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Engineering
