💼 About This Role

You'll provide hands-on IT support for a fast-growing SaaS company, troubleshooting hardware, software, and infrastructure issues. You'll lead automation projects and drive system improvements to enable global teams. You'll work with a modern tech stack including Entra ID, CrowdStrike, and Google Workspace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as first point of contact for ICT support in Sydney region
• Respond to and resolve service desk tickets efficiently
• Build and update knowledge base to reduce repeat issues
• Procure, configure, and deploy new hardware and software
• Lead system federation and infrastructure automations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in IT support within high-growth environment
• Experience with CLI tools to administer Microsoft Azure/Entra or Google Workspace
• Hands-on automation using PowerShell, Python, or TypeScript
• Working knowledge of MDM and IT infrastructure

• Familiarity with AI tools for automation
• ITIL certification
• Experience with CrowdStrike or similar security tools
