Description

You will provide clinical care to patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) through a telehealth platform, collaborating with a care team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based treatment. Requirements

• Board Certified NP or PA
• Active DEA license (schedule 3N, 4, 5) or willingness to obtain
• Full license to practice in New York
• Comfortable with remote telehealth and multiple tech platforms
• Passion for working with vulnerable populations

Responsibilities

• Determine individualized treatment plans for patients
• Use motivational interviewing and behavioral interventions to support patient engagement
• Conduct behavioral health evaluations for depression, anxiety, insomnia
• Monitor treatment response and manage medications
• Document patient encounters in EHR in a timely manner
