You will support corporate governance, manage commercial contracts, handle intellectual property matters, and provide operational legal support for a fast-growing e-commerce platform. Your work helps shape shopping experiences used by millions globally.

Requirements

• Law degree
• Experience working across corporate, commercial, and IP law
• German speaker
• Comfortable in fast-moving, cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

• Support corporate governance including director changes, registered office updates, and structure chart maintenance
• Coordinate with notaries and external advisers on entity matters and maintain Transparency Register
• Process and manage standard commercial agreements such as NDAs, rental, partner, and service agreements
• Maintain Terms & Conditions, templates, and contract management system workflows
• Manage brand registrations, renewals, and IP strategy support
