Description

You will drive growth in your territory by building strong relationships with general pediatricians and their staff, consultatively selling genetic testing services to expand patient access. You'll coordinate in-person and virtual engagements, lead educational initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years in healthcare sales or 2+ years as a genetic counselor
• Experience selling into general pediatric practices strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business with general pediatrician accounts
• Deliver tailored consultative sales presentations to communicate value of GeneDx solutions
• Coordinate and execute in-person and virtual client meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution
• Lead educational efforts including in-office appointments, conference events, and physician lunches/dinners
