💼 About This Role

You'll lead the teams responsible for customer onboarding and technical account management at Zipline, a rapidly growing SaaS company. You'll drive AI-driven transformation and automation across the implementation lifecycle to accelerate time-to-value. This is a senior leadership role shaping strategic direction and scaling capabilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop teams of Implementation Managers, Engineers, and Technical Account Managers.
• Champion adoption of AI and agentic workflows across the implementation lifecycle.
• Oversee all new customer onboarding projects, ensuring successful and timely launches.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in implementation, professional services, or technical account management.
• 5+ years leadership experience managing teams of 10+ in a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience deploying AI-assisted or agentic tooling in implementation or professional services.
• Experience in retail operations or working with frontline workforce management solutions.

• Experience with managed services or revenue-generating offerings.
• Familiarity with Zipline product or similar WFM platforms.
