💼 About This Role

You'll own the full sales cycle for compute and RL infrastructure, working with a focused book of high-potential accounts. You'll convert interest into pilots and long-term contracts, helping Fortune 500s and AI labs adopt next-gen training infrastructure. This role offers the chance to shape decentralized AI at a well-funded startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and manage a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Run full-cycle sales including outbound, discovery, and pilot design.
  • Sell compute and RL post-training as a unified story to ML teams.
  • Work with Solutions and TAMs to ensure smooth onboarding and pilots.

📋 Requirements

  • 2-5 years of enterprise sales experience in developer tools or AI.
  • Proven ability to close $50k to $300k+ ACV deals with technical buyers.
  • Technical fluency in GPUs, compute, ML development, and post-training.
  • Strong outbound instincts and ability to open conversations with AI labs.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling ML infra, compute, or training platforms.
  • Familiarity with RL, model customization, or agentic AI.
  • Network in the AI/ML ecosystem or early-stage sales experience.
