💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives across Zipline's autonomous logistics network in Africa. You'll identify inefficiencies, run root cause analysis, and implement durable solutions that directly enhance scalability and reliability. This hands-on role requires significant field engagement and travel to operational sites.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives from problem identification to impact tracking.
• Redesign and standardize operational workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with in-country Operations teams to implement process changes and drive adoption.
• Conduct field visits and on-site assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support capacity planning initiatives and design replicable processes across regions.

📋 Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in operations or process engineering roles.
• Proven track record leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong execution skills and ability to drive change in live operational environments.
• Experience working with field teams or in on-the-ground operational settings.
