• Partner with customers and PMs to design evaluations and ship agents.
• Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and model selection.
• Design infrastructure for low-latency agent execution.
• Improve observability to profile agent behavior and drive optimization.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Experience with shipping user-facing products on backend or full-stack.
• Passion for building domain-specific agents with an iterative mindset.
