💼 About This Role

You'll join Nivoda, the leading global B2B jewellery marketplace, overseeing quality control for diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery. Your work ensures 100% on-time QC and drives supplier quality improvements. You'll work directly under an experienced gemmologist.

🎯 What You'll Do

• QC diamonds, melee, gemstones, and jewellery orders same day as received
• Assist internal and external quality audits to improve product performance
• Collaborate with suppliers to reduce QC rejections
• Investigate and resolve quality issues with corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• 6 months hands-on experience with diamonds, gemstones, or melee
• Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting
• Strong experience in grading melee, gemstones, and diamonds

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Diamond Grader or equivalent degree
• Experience with inventory management and logistics
