💼 About This Role

You'll join the founding SRE team at Legora, owning critical services end-to-end and partnering across engineering to raise the reliability bar for the platform. You will build and operate foundational platform services, define SLIs/SLOs, and improve incident response. This Stockholm-based, 5-day in-office role offers the chance to shape the reliability of a high-impact legal tech platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, ship, and operate foundational platform services with full ownership
• Build and maintain observability stack (metrics, logs, traces)
• Define and evolve SLIs/SLOs and reliability reporting
• Improve on-call and incident response processes

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience operating and improving production systems
• Comfortable writing software and building automation
• Strong observability, incident management, and on-call experience
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes
