You'll own Tier-1 IT support for a global legal tech company, ensuring employees are unblocked and new hires are set up for success. You'll pattern-spot recurring issues and funnel root causes to Tier 2, contributing to a secure, automated infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience with macOS and access provisioning in a fast-paced environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own Tier-1 IT support across the global helpdesk
  • Run new-hire provisioning and offboarding logistics
  • Pattern-spot recurring issues and escalate to Tier 2
  • Provide off-hours support and incident escalation

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in helpdesk or IT support
  • Natural problem-solver with root-cause analysis
  • Calm and clear under pressure
  • Detailed service orientation and clear communication

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Hands-on macOS administration at scale
  • Experience with Okta, Jamf, CrowdStrike
  • Identity and access fundamentals
