You'll own Tier-1 IT support for a global legal tech company, ensuring employees are unblocked and new hires are set up for success. You'll pattern-spot recurring issues and funnel root causes to Tier 2, contributing to a secure, automated infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience with macOS and access provisioning in a fast-paced environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Tier-1 IT support across the global helpdesk
- Run new-hire provisioning and offboarding logistics
- Pattern-spot recurring issues and escalate to Tier 2
- Provide off-hours support and incident escalation
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in helpdesk or IT support
- Natural problem-solver with root-cause analysis
- Calm and clear under pressure
- Detailed service orientation and clear communication
โจ Nice to Have
- Hands-on macOS administration at scale
- Experience with Okta, Jamf, CrowdStrike
- Identity and access fundamentals
