You will work with an experienced team of producers to facilitate multi-disciplined pods, driving delivery of features and tools from concept to release. You'll partner with engineering teams, own production processes, and ensure your team has everything they need to succeed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience in development teams
• Excellent communication and people interaction skills
• Solid understanding of Agile and standard practices
• Experience working with JIRA
• Experience working on large live service games

Responsibilities

• Be heavily involved in production, coordination, triage, and release planning
• Work directly with engineering teams to drive best output and healthy team cultures
• Create, own, and implement production processes across the project
• Facilitate requirement gathering, dependency identification, and capacity planning
• Maintain project status and progress to ensure on-time delivery to players
