You'll lead the integration of acquired accounting firms into Crete PA's centralized platform, overseeing ERP implementation and financial reporting alignment. Your work ensures timely, compliant integration outcomes across 30+ regional offices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle accounting integrations for acquired firms
• Oversee ERP system onboarding, data migration, and parallel testing
• Coordinate with payroll, tax, benefits, and operations teams
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and partners

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience with ERP system implementations and post-M&A integration
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (GAAP, consolidations, intercompany)

• CPA or CMA certification
• Experience in public accounting or accounting firm roll-ups
