💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help the team meet sales targets. You'll also assist with daily operations and planogram changes.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Open and close the store as needed.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
