💼 About This Role

You'll be the first point of contact handling global customer communications for HBX, a leading e-commerce fashion platform. You'll ensure timely and professional service across multi-channels while working cross-functionally with e-commerce departments. This 6-month contract role offers a remote work setup based in Taiwan.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional service across multi-channels for all customer communications
  • Handle cases with a high level of professionalism and customer centric mindset
  • Maintain high service awareness and work cross-functionally with e-commerce departments
  • Support reporting manager with ad-hoc tasks and duties

📋 Requirements

  • Degree, High Diploma or Associate Degree holder
  • Fluent in Chinese and English for spoken and written communication
  • Available to work during weekends, busy periods, and public holidays
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer service or related fields
  • Experience in e-commerce industry
  • Experience with CRM, Case Management, Live Chat, AI tools
