You'll be the first point of contact handling global customer communications for HBX, a leading e-commerce fashion platform. You'll ensure timely and professional service across multi-channels while working cross-functionally with e-commerce departments. This 6-month contract role offers a remote work setup based in Taiwan.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional service across multi-channels for all customer communications
- Handle cases with a high level of professionalism and customer centric mindset
- Maintain high service awareness and work cross-functionally with e-commerce departments
- Support reporting manager with ad-hoc tasks and duties
📋 Requirements
- Degree, High Diploma or Associate Degree holder
- Fluent in Chinese and English for spoken and written communication
- Available to work during weekends, busy periods, and public holidays
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service or related fields
- Experience in e-commerce industry
- Experience with CRM, Case Management, Live Chat, AI tools
