💼 About This Role

You'll evaluate and develop energy efficiency projects for industrial and commercial facilities. You'll conduct field assessments and perform detailed engineering analysis to create actionable project scopes. This role combines technical field work with cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate HVAC and mechanical systems in operating facilities both on-site and remotely.
• Develop project scopes, perform engineering calculations, and support feasibility analysis.
• Work with Mechanical, BMS, and Sales teams to align project intent and execution.
• Communicate technical findings to stakeholders and support client presentations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical or facilities engineering analysis.
• Working knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems in complex facilities.
• Ability to travel locally up to 20%.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Exposure to building automation systems (BMS) and controls.
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or PE license.
