Description

You will manage production operations at CASETiFY's overseas site, overseeing printing, assembly, and packing processes to maximize efficiency and meet business objectives. You'll coordinate between Hong Kong logistics and local providers, implement SOPs, and train team members.

Requirements

• Tertiary education in Business Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years experience in production or operations management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fast-paced learner and team player

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise site operations to achieve business objectives
• Monitor production processes (printing, assembly, picking, packing) for efficiency
• Solve or report production and order problems
• Monitor outsourced service provider performance
• Implement SOPs and suggest improvements
