💼 About This Role

You'll help teams deploy and operate Braintrust's AI observability platform in production environments. You'll enable evaluation workflows by ensuring reliable infrastructure for leading AI-forward organizations. This role blends solution design, proactive support, and infrastructure guidance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead onboarding and implementation of customer-hosted infrastructure
• Debug customer issues across SDKs, cloud, and model outputs
• Design and document evaluation pipelines using Braintrust SDKs
• Build technical artifacts to accelerate customer onboarding

📋 Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles like Solutions Architect
• Fluency in Python or TypeScript
• Strong grasp of DevOps infrastructure (Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes)
• Ability to explain technical concepts to engineers and non-technical stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with self-hosted or hybrid SaaS deployments
• Familiarity with LLM/AI development workflows
• Familiarity with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
